Extended Learning Enrichment Services
NOTICE OF INVITATION
Notice is hereby given that Fresno Unified School District (DISTRICT) is soliciting supplemental vendors for Request for Qualifications for RFQ No. 22-09S2, Extended Learning Enrichment Services. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to add vendors to the prequalified pool for extended learning services, to provide nurturing daily opportunities for building grade level specific academic skills, with an intentional focus on applied literacy and/or math through real-world student-centered experiences outside of the regular school day. Contract term will be effective upon Board Approval through June 30, 2024 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year period.
Vendors already prequalified through RFQ 22-09, RFQ 22-09 (Fall 2022), RFQ 22-09 (Spring 2023), and/or RFQ 22-09S do not need to respond to this solicitation.
Vendors who did not respond to or did not pass the RFQ 22-09, RFQ 22-09 (Fall 2022), RFQ 22-09 (Spring 2023), and/or RFQ 22-09S will need to submit qualifications for RFQ 22-09S2 to provide Extended Learning Enrichment Services for the District.
A Pre-conference regarding statement of qualifications submittal is scheduled Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 10:00 AM. The virtual Pre-conference will be hosted via Teams with options to join in online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware.
Statements of Qualifications will be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on February 14, 2024 submitted on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home.

Qualifications received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX), mailed or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. Submissions will not be read out loud since based on qualification criteria which could result in multiple vendor awards.
Fresno Unified School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Firms or any combination thereof.
