Students will travel out of the valley where they will experience skiing, snowboarding, ice skating and a visit to Yosemite National Park. Here they will learn about the science of snow, winter biology and ecology in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Additionally, students will participate in team building and leadership development activities through a Fresno State Campus Experience. Students completing this program will receive a ski/snowboard certificate.

The Winter Sports camp will be held from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. with a choice of 3 separate sessions:
- Session 1: December 21 – December 23, 2021
- Session 2: December 28 – December 30, 2021
- Session 3: January 4 – January 6, 2022

Breakfast, lunch, and snack will be provided.
Transportation
Round trip transportation will be provided from McLane High School at the Stadium Parking Lot on Cedar and Clinton Avenues to the various winter sports locations.
Parents/Guardians will be responsible to get their child(ren) dropped off and picked up at/from Mclane High School’s Parking Lot on Cedar and Clinton Ave. at 7:30 A.M. and by 5:00 P.M. each day.
Camp participants will be notified of the bus schedule via email prior to the first day of camp.
