This camp is for youth who are able to swim 2 continuous laps of the pool without stopping. We will watch videos on stroke technique, play communication skills games, and learn stretching techniques. In the water, we will work on stroke technique for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly as well as turns.
